What is Miller Health Fundamentals?
Fundamentals is a set of 6-week, small-cohort programmes led by HCPC-registered dietitians, each built around a single goal: GLP-1 results, gut health, or sport performance. Every programme combines a measured baseline, a structured protocol, and a clear picture of what changed by the end. It applies the same diagnostic thinking behind our one-to-one work at 25 Harley Street, in a focused group format at an accessible price.

Fundamentals is the structured group entry point to Miller Health. Many men begin with the Explore assessment for a full diagnostic baseline, use a Fundamentals programme to act on it, and move to Engage or the Executive Performance Partnership for fully bespoke one-to-one support. Wherever you start, the clinical standard is the same.

How big is a cohort?

Do I need an assessment first?
Each programme starts with the relevant baseline. For a complete diagnostic picture beforehand, many men begin with the Explore assessment.
Is this one-to-one?
It is a led group programme. For fully bespoke work, see Engage or Executive.
How is it delivered?
Online through the Nurish Pro app, with a structured weekly dietitian-led group session that fits around work; any in-person measurement, such as a DEXA scan, is arranged separately.
Which programme is right for me?
