The DEXA scan and advanced blood panel (with resting metabolic rate testing where clinically useful) give your dietitian a precise clinical baseline. After Explore, ongoing coaching is delivered by your assigned lead dietitian, by home or office visit, or by video consultation, so the work fits around a serious career rather than the other way around.
