Clinical Direction
Rick Miller Founder and Clinical Director
Rick Miller is a UK HCPC-registered dietitian with over 15 years of clinical experience across NHS hospitals, private practice and medico-legal expert witness work.
He founded Miller Health to address a gap in the executive health market: the absence of specialist metabolic and nutritional expertise in health programmes designed for high performing men.
Rick’s clinical director focus for Miller Health is on identifying the physiological drivers of fatigue, body composition change and hormonal decline through structured diagnostic assessment and data-led strategy.
His approach is built on a simple principle: objective measurement precedes meaningful intervention.
In addition to his clinical work at Miller Health, Rick serves as a medico-legal expert witness in clinical nutrition through his specialist practice, Rick Miller Dietitian, based at King Edward VII’s Hospital Medical Centre.

Why Miller Health Exists
Most health programmes begin with advice. Miller Health begins with diagnostics.
Executives are often given generic recommendations around diet, supplements or training without first understanding the underlying physiology influencing their health.
Calorie targets based on population averages.
Hormone advice without baseline data.
Training plans built on assumptions rather than measurement.
At Miller Health, we start with objective data.
By assessing metabolic function, hormonal status and body composition, we establish the biological baseline required to develop an effective, personalised strategy.
This ensures that health optimisation is guided by evidence rather than assumption and that progress is measurable from the outset.

Our Clinical Team
Client programmes are delivered by a team of specialist HCPC-registered dietitians, each with significant NHS and private practice experience.
Every programme is developed within the clinical governance framework established by Rick Miller and tailored to the individual’s diagnostic data.
