What is the GLP-1 Method?
A 6-week, dietitian-led programme for men using or considering GLP-1 medication such as Wegovy or Mounjaro. It surrounds the medication with what it cannot do for you: nutrition set to protect lean muscle, resistance training, and the habits and monitoring that make the result last. Lose fat, not muscle, and keep it off when the prescription ends.
THE PROBLEM
GLP-1 alone is only half the job
GLP-1 medications are powerful, but the weight you lose is not all fat. Without the right nutrition and training, a meaningful share is muscle, the tissue that protects your metabolism, strength and long-term health. And when the medication stops, an unstructured approach often leads to rebound. The medication suppresses appetite; it does not teach your body what to do with that window.

HOW IT DELIVERED
A structured cohort, run through one app
The GLP-1 Method runs as a small online cohort delivered through Nurish Pro, our secure client app, so your plan, your sessions and your numbers sit together on your phone alongside the medication.
A baseline measure at the start, ideally body composition by DEXA, so we protect lean mass rather than just watch the scale fall
A weekly dietitian-led group session, each with a client summary you keep, covering nutrition, protein targets and training around the medication
Progress tracked through the six weeks, with a re-measure at the end to prove the weight lost was the right kind
Direct access to your dietitian between sessions through the app
A graduation review with the option to continue one-to-one through Engage for the come-off phase, or stay supported in the Nurish community
