A 6-week, dietitian-led performance nutrition programme for committed amateur and recreational athletes. It gives your training the nutritional structure it deserves: a measured starting point, a plan for body composition, fuelling and recovery, and proof of change at the end. Body composition and intake are measured at the start and tracked through the
programme, with simple at-home measurements and weekly check-ins. For clinical DEXA,
metabolic testing and one-to-one, quarterly-diagnostic support, step up to Miller Health
Sport.
